Terms and Terms and Conditions

Exchange and Clarification Policy

1. General Terms and Conditions
  1. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. It is your responsibility to arrive on time and enter your information correctly.
  3. Hours of operation: 24/7.
2. Clarifications

If the trip is canceled or delayed by more than 120 minutes, you can reschedule, switch to a different trip, or request a credit refund. You must submit proof within 24 hours: arrival time, terminal information, ID, ticket, and a summary of the incident.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

BUZ acts as your sales agent. Changes, cancellations, and refunds depend on the operator’s policy (the bus or train line) and the terms of the fare you purchased. That’s why two tickets for different routes may have different rules.

  • To request a change, cancellation, or refund, first contact BUZ, which is the official point of contact with the operator for these procedures, and include your reservation number.
  • Changes are subject to availability and the carrier's terms and conditions.
  • Request any changes as soon as possible: the closer it gets to the departure date, the fewer options there usually are.
4. Name Correction
  • Minor errors, such as spelling mistakes or the order of first and last names, may be corrected.
  • You must request it at least 6 hours before departure.
  • It is not permitted to substitute one passenger for another.
  • This does not apply if the ticket was purchased at a discount or has already been invoiced.
  • This is always subject to the operator's terms and conditions.
5. Buz Flex Protection and Open Ticket

When you make a purchase, you can add Buz Flex, a protection plan designed to give you flexibility when making changes. Its terms and conditions, as well as the availability and validity of an open ticket, depend on the carrier, the route, and the fare; they are displayed before you pay.

6. Role of the intermediary agency

0.1. Nature of the Service: BUZ acts solely as a sales agent and payment intermediary between the user and the bus line that will actually provide the transportation service.

0.2. Limitation of Liability: BUZ's responsibility is limited to the proper issuance of the electronic ticket and the processing of transactions. BUZ is not responsible for the execution, quality, safety, punctuality, baggage handling, or any other operational aspect of the trip.

0.3. Carrier's Liability: Full responsibility for the provision of the bus service—including damage, loss, personal injury, accidents, and passenger insurance coverage—lies solely with the bus company selected by the passenger.
