FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What we are asked most when organizing business trips

Practical answers for those who coordinate the team's travel: before, during, and after the trip.

Before the trip

How far in advance should we make a reservation for a group?

The earlier you plan, the easier it is to secure the same schedule for the entire group, especially during peak season or long weekends. For individual trips on routes with frequent departures, the window may be shorter. Your travel advisor will confirm actual availability for your dates.

What information do I need to get a quote?

Origin, destination, departure and return dates, number of people, and whether they are traveling together or separately. If you already have the list of participants, this will speed up the reservation process.

Can I book a bus and a flight in the same request?

Yes. Your travel advisor can combine bus, flight, and car rental services into a single business trip and provide a single quote.

Can I check the schedules and prices on my own?

Yes. In the BUZ search engine, you can see actual bus routes, schedules, and fares. For groups, charter services, or corporate billing, it’s best to request a quote from an advisor.

During the trip

What happens if the travel date changes?

Notify your advisor as soon as possible. He or she will review the change policies of the service provider or airline and confirm the available options before making any changes.

What happens if an employee misses the bus?

Contact your advisor to review your options for the next available departure. Conditions vary depending on the fare and the airline for each ticket.

Do contributors receive their digital ticket?

Yes. Each traveler receives their travel information so they can report to the terminal or the agreed-upon boarding location.

After the trip

How is it billed?

Travels are invoiced using CFDI in the name of your company and can be consolidated into a single invoice per period, group or project.

Can I separate the expenses by area or project?

Yes. When you set up your account, cost centers are defined so that each trip is assigned to the correct area or project.

Didn't you find your answer?

Write to an advisor and they will answer you with the details of your case.
